So... much... ink!
Took forever to ink the arrow... but it's finally done!
Quick Question: Should I do more of Ino and Blob draws like this???

I do admire your technique with colored pencils. The outline looks very clean and hardly any mistakes are seen. Anatomy looks fine and facial expressions are simple yet convincing.
There are a lot of things I see wrong here. First off, the border is far too thick and it looks like it's constricting the empty space. Secondly, the guy with black hair looks almost too normal compared to the guy on the bottom. It could be the eyes because they don't speak "alter ego" to me. Maybe narrow the eyes of the black-haired dude and make them a little more serious. Lastly, the coloring technique looks faint compared to the border. Try playing the the Brightness and Contrast tools in a photo editing program.
