Lacy works up the courage to confront Wendy on her past. And Wendy arrives unaware of Lacys plans. Upon entering Wendy is transported to Lacy, both inside a familar dress. Lacy seems worried about the whole thing, as she passes a page to Wendy which reads

"I Lacy Mae, as winner of the Contest, Declare Wendy the demon equal in magical prowess and as such free her from the terms of the duel.
Wendy the Demon as Lacy's equal is given free reign of The Theatre, an equal footing in the shows performance.
Furthermore, Wendy shall coown The Theatre with Lacy as the original owner.
Lastly, Wendy shall be made aware that no matter her status, Demonic or Human, She shall always have a place with Lacy at The Theatre"

Lacy begins to tear up, sorry for being a jerk when they first met. Now the two can start out on the right foot. As equals and as friends.

JEEZ that took awhile. Sorry for being gone so long everyone I just had alot of stress and burnout and kinda went dormant. Thank you all for sticking with me through this. Pun intended. Special thanks to emiLoveU for lending me her character and for being so patient waiting for me to recover and complete my side of the story line. Anyone following me and not her should go do that.
