Awww wow sankyou! ^^ We really love our quidditch costumes, it's my favourite by far at least and was soooo good to take my broom down off the wall and use it XD thanks so much!

np i wish i had a harry potter related costume as good as that...i just wore a gryffindor cloak, a shirt that says "i solomnly swear im up to no good" and "michief managed," and i carried "the tales of beedle the bard" and a light-up replica of harry's wand (because i don't have hermione's)
and i love the brooms SO much!! they look like you can just mount it and fly!!!

Hahah would you believe it that when the brooms came in the boxes (which were massive by the way 0_0) they come with this HUGE stamp across the side saying "Not a flying toy" LMAO!!! XD That tells me that some dingbat actually jumped off the roof trying to fly on it lol xx

haha yeah i wish it hadn't been changed to sorcerer in the US version, philosopher is so much better.... and i need to get a broom now... i have a generic one from like 8 years ago from my hermione costume but it was before HP was this popular, so they weren't making nimbuses or firebolts or any specifically hp broom :/

Ah i think the one I have was limited edition or something X3 what broom would you get? my Draco obviously got Draco's Nimbus2001 and she keeps teasing me that its shinier than mine cause its like polished black lol XD there's the firebolt too. hmmmm. if my room was big enough i'd have that as well as the nimbus lol XD
it is odd that they changed it, seems alot of fuss for one word lol, i heard that alot of US folk imported their harry potter dvds and books cause they wanted "Philosopher's Stone" not sorceror's stone lol

ohh that's even cooler, that it was limited edition! i think i'd want a nimbus 2000 because it was Harry's first broom... or maybe a firebolt because Sirius gave it to Harry i always wondered how he got it, though, because he couldn't very well walk into gringotts and get out the money, could he? but once he had the money he could just order it, i guess. i think i remember something like Crookshanks helping him...? but a cat couldn't walk into gringotts either.... OH! maybe he had money in his house and since he was the only one who could get in, he'd be safe going there! i think i just figured it out! lol but yeah, i'd prob get a firebolt... and wood is better than black polish
and yeah, my cousin's 7 and he started getting them read to him by his nanny, and his mother, who travels a lot, just bough the entire series as a set one of the times she was in london, so his set says philosopher's stone and I'm so jealous because all of the copies are hard-cover, and there are slight changes in the wording in the books, too! my set is all mismatched, some are hard cover and some are soft. but wait, don't they say sorcerer's stone in the movie?

Ah yeah, i got two versions of each book. Got the hardbacks in 'children's' editions and the adult ones too in hardback. i prefer hardback cause i hate the wear softcovers get >__<

yeh, i hate soft covers too, but my mom bought me the first couple so she was the one that got soft cover, not hard. hard's way better. whats the difference between the children's edition and the adult edition?? im starting to think there's a LOT of hp stuff that the US doesn't print.... its making me mad....i needa move to england to get all the harry potter-ness i missing out on!
that is sooo sillyyy that that they change it from philosopher to sorcerer for the US even in the movie...i gotta see the english version of the movie now... ahaha they REALLY should have just left it philosopher!! XD
and my wand didn't come with a cert...maybe that's because i got a light-up wand, not a complete replica. but i find the light-up wand really awesome because all you do is wave or tap it and it lights up! so it really feels like im doing magic! and its made to resemble harry's wand, but they make it like hermione's too, and probably other characters like draco voldemort ron ect, but i only saw harry's and hermione's on noblecollections. whose wand do you have? and yeah, i needa get a broom

oh not much tbh children's edition has mroe colourful front cover and its harder to find the first 3 in hardback for it. the adult ones are darker and more grown up front covers and usually in hardback if you see them i got my adult versions in a pretty little box ^_^
Yeah I've heard a few things the US dont do for HP, so dumb cause Warner Bros. made the films and it's an american studio lol.

Oh yeah maybe, cause mine doesnt light up its like a replica of the one Daniel uses in the films. That's kewl! I want a light up one!! lol

oh its just the covers that are different... i'm gonna look up the diff cover arts.
yeahhhh i wish the US did more hp stuff...i know jk rowling's english, but still, that doesn't mean there aren't a LOT of americans who'd love to have all the hp stuff we're missing out on... :/ but we do have the theme park in universal studios since the films are made by warner bros )) have you been to it? i went, and it is SOOO amazing, even with the mess-ups they have like the fact that the owlry is supposed to be in hogwarts but they have it in hogsmeade attatched to the owl post office which is attached to dervish and banges and then there's all the shops from diagon alley that they intentionally put in hogsmeade because they're awesome shops and they made butterbeer into a frozen drink since its hot in florida, but as you know butterbeer is supposed to be a drink that warms you up on a snowy day and the main harry potter ride in hogwarts is AMAZING!! they took major scenes and rooms from the films and put them all together into one big ride so that it feels you're in the movie! i went on it @ least 7 times, it's amazingggg..... and hogwarts is amazing too, it really feels like from the outside you're looking up at the real hogwarts, and you can see the great hall and gryffindor tower. the line for the ride goes inside hogwarts, and they have moving portraits and everything! they have the big statue of the wizard holding mini-hogwarts, and the house jewels, and the stairs to dumbledore's office, and dumbledore's office, and a classroom, and the fat lady, and hogwarts common room........its soooo cool
and yeah, the light-up one is really amazing... thats so cool, all the hp stuff you have? i have smaller but many hp things including so many posters that they literally cover up every part of the walls in my room, 7 different hp shirts, a hogwarts crest necklace, a time turner, and bunches of other stuff... i won't bore you with ALL the hp stuff i have lol

I was gunna say! LOL you have HP world! *cries can never afford to go to the US* I think HP world tops any props so i wouldnt worry XD lool maybe if i win the lottery i can go one day, they might've done new things by then too lol >__< I can dream. sounds amazing though. that is one amazing thing you get then that we dont that Harry pottery lol!

haha yes i am lucky to have hp world and to have been able to go only a month after it was open to the public it was for my birthday you'll get there someday...who knows, they might decide to make other ones near you... keep dreaming and it will happen, but don't forget to live while you're dreaming...
yeahhh i have over 130 posters on my walls last time i counted, most of them harry potter
