This feature Sakura Matou from Fate series putting on the mask, transforming, and showing the new Sakura, with much of personality of original, combined with a bit of personality of Dark Sakura (the color of eyes and hair are of Sakura in their normal state, but the skin is left with the marks of Dark Sakura - except the face). Much of the goodness of Sakura remains with the people around her, but if the person in front of her be Shinji Matou, goes from below. She might use the powers of his shadow without problems of being corrupt and has no inhibitions.

PS: The reason why Sakura feel with ecstasy during the transformation by The Mask, is because of the effects left by that remain of leftover Zouken's worms swimming through her bloodstream (which feed on her carnal impulses - absorb the mental energy created after sexual stimulation is made through the nervous system).
