I really need to stop focusing on one-of ideas and more on my set concepts...Anyway I just had this idea in my head that Ring Genie(shoot the genies need names) would hope to be the one who's found first so people won't compare her lesser power to her counterpart. I don't know, insecure characters are just fun to work with.
And if you're wondering, the text is of my own handwriting, which I made with Calligraphr ! It has a learning curve, but it's really cool once you get used to it.

This was cute! I always liked the Genie of the Ring... I get why some retellings of "Adaddin" omit this genie completely, in order to make the Genie of the Lamp more special... but still, there's a lot of potential with the Ring Genie. I remember seeing a Christmas pantomime with Aladdin, where the Genie of the Ring (female) was a sort ow awkward bumbling schoolgirl with a HUGE hero-worship thing going on for the (male) Genie of the Lamp, who was portrayed as sort of a rock star, the Genie of Genies.
The Genie of the Ring was in the story almost from the start and spent a lot of time talking up the Genie of the Lamp, how great he was compared to her, how much more powerful he was... "Yes, I could help you cross the desert in less than ten seconds, but the Genie of the Lamp could help you cross half the WORLD in less than ten seconds!"
