This came from a page of OC/FC expression practice. Cora likes to stay optimistic an bubbly, and loves a good laugh, even if she's so caught up in the moment that she doesn't even remember what was so funny.
Here I imagine she just got caught up in something ridiculous with either Bulkhead or Wreck-Gar(they make friends after season 3), and then they just both end up laughing about it for some reason.
