Description We are all
Human

We are all flesh,
Earthy, weathered, work-worn
Woven from dust and soil
In a perfect blanket of skin
Browned and beaten
By the midday sun

We are all bone,
Porcelain, brittle bone
Ivory white stained by
Shades of aging gray, by
The labors that have cost us
The youth of our
Idleness, stillness

We are all blood,
A murky, bleeding red
Drink of our life,
Stream of our births
Now flowing slowly
Out through our
Tears, our
Sorrows, draining
Slowly from the innocent slain,
Fading quickly from
The leaders of the slaughter
In every woman,
In every man
In every child
In every politician
In every politician's wife
In every journalist
In every victim there is
A murky, bleeding red
Drink of our life,
Weight of our souls

And all of us
All of us
Are human

Such horrid yet truest depiction upon humanity. I love the second stanza, it is admirable, yes humans are Porcelain, brittle, yet bones take almost an eternity to ash. How contradictive.. It also implies the hypocrisy. Well done.

Wow. That's remarkable and I could hope that something like that never happens again for sure.

Nice work.
