Who's head is in the pot? Probably Hohenheim (yeah, that's what you get, jerk!) Those are his fingers in the tray as well.
I was definitely going for the cheesy, 1970s horror B-movie.
Reason I chose to draw Trisha? Well, just the plain fact that I like her. Plus, she's so nice and calm and domesticated; it would be unexpected for her to suddenly snap and go insane like this, don't ya think?

I started drawing something, but have not completed it. I do not know if I will get back to it soon, though. Life has been crazy lately. So, I guess... it doesn't matter if the deadline is extended. I will post it if I ever complete it. People who are timely should have dibs on contests.

Why would I want to draw Izumi when I, clearly, felt like drawing Trisha? I'm not going to draw a character that I don't want to draw.
