I found a way to export Portal 2 to SFM!Ive been wanting to use this Chell model for a while but i could find any Portal themed maps.

I'm attempting to scale the breasts of the Evil-Ash Chell Nude model, like you did here, however when the breast bones are scaled up or down the mesh of the bra screws up (A).

So what I want to ask is how you scaled the models' breasts properly? Did you make your own scale script? Did you scale down the Chell model before Baking Procedural Bones? Did you edit the model in compatible 3D modelling software? Or did you do something completely different?
(As to everyone who says that Rainbow Dash's breasts would be incredibly heavy, think of them as a counterweight for the Aperture Science Weighted Storage Cube.)
