For Pokedorks' contest...So, this is Floatzel and Buizel's Ocean Forme. When these pokemon live near the water, the ocean salts does something to them and they change slightly to adapt. The only way to change them back is.... give them a freshwater bath!!! Get all the salt out of their systems and they will be back to normal. Giving your Floatzel/Buizel a seawater rub every day should keep them in the Ocean Forme........
ink, watercolor and sponges. Floatzels are fast so I had to make a quick sketch before they all left!!!

I suppose they would have slightly different changes if they were in different oceans! Different chemical reactions due to different salts and other such things.
