I've had similar issues to the book too
yes I have once and we stayed in Jurong.
and went to malaysia over the border and stuff like that. cuz my mom was born there, and then we went to hong kong cuz that's where my dad was born :-D.
Do you like living there? I heard there's no poverty in singapore :-s
