i came up with this concept: the 3 spies shown in this picΒ Totally Mindless. Β but not only with their minds wiped clean but reprogrammed to be obedient sex slaves who just happen to wear thick, poofy adult diaper-like devices that reward the girls for being slutty with their master and punishes them for the slightest hint of rebellion.

What the same thing? Well it's simple isn't it. You hypnotize a girl to be a mindless slave, and giving a lobotomy to someone practically turns them into a mindless slave same thing different methods.
