Realistic Flowey is, but the other Flowey, just called Flowey, is more neutral, spending his days snarking at Alphys and Gaster, or taking LSD when they aren't watching.

Flowey To the FutureΒ Β In this Multiverse, Asriel and Chara didn't die, so when Alphys made Flowey, he had no identity of his own, and simply hung around the lab shooting the breeze, snarking at visitors, and taking LSD when Alphys wasn't looking. After being captured and experimented on by the villainous Sigma, Flowey wound up tapping into his hidden determination, which allowed him to see throughout time and space. He kept blacking out and seeing visions of other realities and even the future, forcing Alphys to snap him back to reality with a light-zapper. Among many of his visions were the following...
