Nightmare Night, a night where all ponies go out all dressed up and in costumes. That night, Celestia and Luna partook as well, or at least, that was what the ponies believed when they saw Celestia and Luna. While their outfit was, perhaps, a bit too shiny, tight, and suggestive, they were in character, marching around with their arms outstretched and trying to grab ponies.

The ponies realized too late that this wasn't a costume at all...
