For months Misty, the Gym Leader of Cerulean City, has been missing. Nobody knows how it happened, they just know one day she was here the next day she was gone. All of Misty's friends are now on a search all over the globe to find her and have split up into teams to cover more ground. May, Dawn, and Serena's search is unsuccessful until they here of rumors of a vampire, one person even describes his look out squad containing a familiar sounding redhead, the three figure it's worth a look and they venture to the Vampire's castle. With their Pokemon they easily get past the gate, but little do they know Misty is watching them from atop the tallest tower of the castle and she shoots all three of them with tranquilizer darts. May, Dawn, and Serena awaken to an unfamiliar face, unfortunately it is the face of the vampire and unfortunately with their senses weakened each of them gaze into the Vampire's eyes becoming completely and utterly hypnotized. Three Pokemon Trainers went looking for a friend who had disappeared and instead they disappeared themselves.
