A request for the My Little Pony General on 4chan. Poor Diamond Tiara. Friendship is magic, but it unfortunately doesn’t make huge wealth disparity go away. She’ll get better about it eventually, though!
I spent 9 hours on and off on this. I really need to get faster at drawing. I would have shaded, but my old shading kinda sucks and I want to try a "hard-line" type of shading next time I have a crack at it, which may or may not be torturous.
Also, on a deeper note, I guess this episode hit me harder than I thought. I mean, the CMC getting their cutie marks was something people used to joke about. To have it finally happen, on the fifth anniversary of the show, made me realize just how long pone has been a part of my life. Sometimes minor, sometimes major, most of the time somewhere in between. The people I’ve met, the good times I’ve had, and all the exciting shitstorms, Even though some people got off the ride, there’s a part of me that misses them and hope that, wherever they are, they’re happy. I mean, before this fucked up fandom, I used to laugh at the concept of growing bonds with people online who you’ve never met in person.
Friendship sure is fucking magic, huh?
It’s going to be hard when the show actually ends.

P.S. It still feels weird to actually draw a cutie mark for Scootaloo.
