Start by just focusing on your breathing.
Notice it’s pattern.

I want you to imagine, those times you wake up from a really good sleep and you don’t want to move.
Those times where you just feel so comfortable and relaxed in your bed after a nice refreshing sleep.
Notice, that even just thinking about it seems to relax you.
Your breathing seems to slow as you feel a nice warm wave of relaxation wash over you.
Just from imagining how relaxed and comfortable you felt.
That warm wave of relaxation washes over you again.
Imagine it slowly washing over your entire body.
From the tips of your toes, to the very top of your head.
It feels so nice.
Notice how your breathing slows to a relaxing deep breath in… hold, and out. Deep breath in… hold, and out.
With each exhale that wave of warm relaxation washes over you.
Making you feel so much more relaxed then you did before.
So relaxed, enjoying this feeling.
