OMFG yes. Love this. But my PSP and gimp have no "warp tool". I shall find a close help.
...what about your little wavey things off the paws? Those are cool too. you just do cool things with water while I avoid it lol.

The smudge tool should work just as well, so don't worry if you don't have a warp tool.
For the waves off the paws: it's an easy, simple trick. I draw thin circles in white around paws, smudge them slightly, then reduce the opacity. That's it. They pretty much create themselves. Let me know if you still have trouble with this and I'd be glad to help!
