Description I wanted to make a controller that looked like it actually came straight from Columbia. Like a modern Xbox controller was something some craftsman had seen through a tear, and attempted to replicate.

That was the idea I had in mind when I had started this project, and I think I did as good a job as I ever could have imagined. Swapped out the green LED's for some more fitting yellow ones. Styrene for the various adornments, brackets and of course raised letters for the buttons. Apoxie sculpt was used to make the "wooden" handle with some molds made from actual wood grain surfaces. The whole thing is completely and carefully hand-painted with durable model masters acrylic paint.

So what am I going to do now that this awesome controller is finally finished? Go beat Bioshock Infinite on 1999 mode!

Outstanding - specially the metal part.
Though it would me much better if you used real wood (ash or oak might do).

Amazing. Also, if you want any advice about 1999 mode. The hardest bit is the begining with the first fireman, as you don't have enough money to respawn. I was basicaly playing a game of cat and mouse with it. I'd run til there's a huge distance, then have a quick burst of fire before running again.

Awesome job, really well done! What about making the battery case look like part of a bullet belt?

Hmm interesting idea. This did get me thinking about maybe adding a bit to the battery case as it did look a little plain. I was thinking of maybe adding a few things to make it look more like the "power source" that it actually is. Thanks for your contribution!
