Have you ever noticed that accents are really funny? If one of your freinds said with all seriousness "that paper fell on the floor," you'd be like, 'ok whatever...' but if some random forgien guy said "that paper fell on the floor" all serious, I don't know about you, but I'd burst out laughing for NO REASON!!!
