okay, time to a serious review, this is painted in paint? if so there is better software like Sai Paint tool or Mypaint
also, i dont know if you own a digitalizer tablet if not, then buy one
you have a great sence of anatomy but is so unequiparated with your painting that it made me think that you simply copied the lines from annother image and then modified it, thats a no no
if not, you have much talent in your hands, but i recomend you to try simpler things while you improve your painting, remember practice and patience makes the master it takes me up to 3 hours to make the preview of a piece so... have patience

this IS made in paint, I didnt have sai or a tablet at the time (I do now, yay) the picture is infact inspired by one I found on some hentai gallery, but I made atleast 4 hand drawn sketches before I tried it in paint.
