Weapon: Bubble Pipe

When Piper plays her bubble pipe, it allows her to create bubbles that carries a song. Once it comes into contact with an opponent, its melody will burst open. These melodies have the ability to inflicts status ailments; limited to only paralysis and sleep.

Skill: Bubble Casket

As long as Piper plays a special song, she can encase the target in a water bubble that is basically un-popable as long as she keeps on playing her pipe. This skill can be used to defend like a shield; or to trap her opponents.

Personality:

Sleepy / Sluggish: Piper loves to sleep, which is probably one of the reasons why she isn't so active. Once she's wide awake... her character does a 180 flip.
Bashful: Piper flusters easily and likes to hide her face behind things when she feels embarrassed.
Quiet: Piper isn't much of a talker, she prefers the art of music over speaking. But she can be pleasant company once you get to know her.
Encouraging: Above all else, Piper tries to be of help whenever she can. She's a good listener and gives small words of wisdom whenever she can.

Additional Info:
- She can send voice messages to others using her water bubbles. All ya gotta do is to pop it! to hear it!
- Piper paints the tips of her hair pink for fun!
- Her voice and melodies have characteristics similar to a siren
- Her ears were inspired from a weird fish I saw once in this fish zoo thingy
