Description yeah i did it.XDD don´t even ask how long i take for this. what i can say is that i take TO long but nevermind.

i am very satisfied with this piece of work and as you can see i go back to my roots with my stil. it´s my ols stil. the only new feature i mix into my new stil too are the sharp shadows on some parts of my pic. in my opinion, sharp shadows and soft ones turning out good together. that´s why i made them and i won´t stop to use them.XD

i will keep this stil with my new ideas for a very long time. hope you like it, guys.

ahh, the scanner eat the colors a little bit.XDD btw ignore the pencils stains.

I LOVE this piece, it looks so real! I actually like the smudges on the page; it kind of looks like a smoke effect e.deviantart.net/emoticons/x/x… " width="15" height="15" alt="" title="XD"/> The colours are blended perfectly, and the shine that has been applied to the metals are really eye-popping! Well, I think I've babbled on a lot on how much I like this e.deviantart.net/emoticons/x/x… " width="15" height="15" alt="" title="XD"/> But as for the negatives, on the left boot, the orange rectangle looks as though it's not actually attached to the boot, If it's meant to be like that, then I apologise e.deviantart.net/emoticons/a/a… " width="19" height="19" alt="" title="Sweating a little..."/> and the orange beam coming from the hand doesn't really look like it's coming from the hand - I suggest that you make the bottom of the beam more rounded so that it looks as though it's really coming from it e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s… " width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Smile)"/>

thanks for you great critic for my work. i´m very proud. i finally find a stil which show my art how i actually ever draw them ever.^^

about the negative aspects:

the rectangles of the boots are float, that´s why they can move a little bit and the beam is something like a holografic cellphone etc. it shall look like this but i would look better, if the "beam" is a full part of the glove and yeah, my english isn´t the best.XD sry fot that.

Wow, just WOOOWWW!!!

You COULD work on the name though, here are a couple of tips:

Think about something connected to his powers or personality (look through the dictionary to find something suitable.)

Make it start with an S as do the other hedgy's names.

DON'T make it something lame, like "suffering" or "sorrow," those are just so overdone >_> .

Those are my pieces of advice, but they aren't related to the drawing at all. Well done!

Wow, this was done with pencils? I'm VERY impressed. The way you draw the highlights and the eyes, oh, it's amazing! So realistic, you drew this very well. The shading needs slight improvement in tiny areas but it's not that noticeable. And I have to say, the smudges on the page kind of work with the picture. Very good! Also, on another note, I love the originality of your character, I know too many hedgehogs who just look like a recolor of Sega/Archie's own. Great job all around!

yeah, i use normal color pencils for this pictures and it´s still one of my favorite ones. oh, i´m not good to place shadows in right positions. i mostly improvise. i dislike recolors but i must say that i have one hedgehog which looks to much like sonic. i just realized it to late. thanks for you kind words. i´m very appreciate it.

That is very well done work!May I ask if you do commissions?

I can understand about the shadows, I myself usually do the same! Using shading just to shape the characters, not for lighting proposes when it's by it's self.

lol No worries about the recolor, I'm sure most of us had a 'recolor' at one point. Besides, you can always change the design later on. Looking back at my own character Luna, I can see a resemblance to Amy in her older designs.
