Alright. I use Illustrator and Photoshop to make my gifs. I can do simple movements like blinking or a flapping cape. Because of the amount of exporting and converting involved, and the overall crapines of my computer, it may take a couple of days.

Thats OK. Make sure to color it. I am not good a drawing capes myself, so I use unerhero's cape animation as a reference.
