So here is my second of three Pokegirls in my postcard series! You guys probably saw this one coming... and yes, I ship her with Ash! This is actually a collaboration with my partner, , who has kindly made a guest appearance in my postcard series! We had a lot of fun doing this, in fact, we sat together for hours listening to Pokemon The Movie soundtrack while I was line-arting and colouring his sketch.

Anyway, I'm very happy that R3d wanted to take part in my postcard series. He's just as passionate about vintage things as I am, and together we made this, and I must say I really love how it turned out. I always enjoy working with him, but this time it felt like we were a couple of kids using crayons together - it was so liberating and rejuvenating working on Pokemon fanart together. I haven't done that since I coloured his drawing of us together on a Pokemon journey, as a surprise to him for our anniversary:

So crazy that he drew this when we were still best friends! But he totally had a crush on me at this point, but don't tell anyone. x3

The Pokemon movies are quite special to R3d and I, in fact we marathoned almost all of them. I say almost because we DID try ALL of them but eventually we couldn't take any more. Our favourite is the first movie, it's just so original, dark and harshly realistic in terms of death, power, greed, etc. It really is quite a unique movie in itself, I can't really think of any other like it. I can't remember how far we got in the movie list, I think we got to the one with the ranger... where Ash becomes like, king of the sea and flies in the sky in a gold beam.
