I love the design- very intimidating, as befits a Sith Lord- but the colors make me think "Sith Skywarp" instead of "Sith Thundercracker."

There's just one thing:
Darth Thunder cracker wouldn't sound all that intimidating
Maybe something like Darth Voltus or Cybrous would sound WAY more Sith like
But I still love the idea of a Cybertronian Sith Lord. His sheer size ALONE would make him even an issue for Sidious himsefl!
