Another giftie for xXAshimusPrimeXx ! A banner for her Youtube, and once again maybe her Tumblr as well. She really loves both Prime and Jetfire from the Armada series, so I offered to draw both of them for her on a banner. They’re both having friendly conversation, Jetfire started teasing Prime about something and Prime reacts sort of serious and Jetfire just laughs enjoying Prime’s company. Or Jetfire is laughing at how much of a dork Prime is. Anyway, just adorkable Leader and Second in Command ‘bots for Ashley.
I swear to god though, I spent a good 2 hours before this trying to find references for Jetfire and it kills me how there aren’t many at all. So I had to watch episodes and try to memorize his armour pattern. Freaking space shuttle bot won’t hold still. But this was really fun to do anyway, love drawing Transformers. XD

Yeah, sorry about how long it took. I'm kind of terrible at balancing it out and every time I worked on it, I had to get more references and there never seemed to be any for what I needed. Robots take awhile for me to draw anyway, well, the lineart does. I'm just happy their armour is like, 3 main colours. XD But I'm glad you feel the wait was worth it.

Hey, it's ok! Jetfire doesn't stay still much in the show (blasted space shuttle seeker! XD), and since there aren't that many references for him, I didn't expect ya to get it done in a snap. Urgh I need to start practicing drawing robots sometime, I have soooo many drawing ideas I wanna use! >3<

Yeah, that's for sure. Buuuut, luckily I'm inclined to search as long as I have to, so I managed to pull a few things together and it worked out in the end. Drawing bots isn't hard, it's just very time consuming. But I wish you the best of luck drawing them!

And since my creative muses are dancing in my head, now would be the perfect time to give human anatomy a shot! Or if I don't get good at it now, I can hopefully take some drawing classes in college and be able to improve there hur dur.

Hey, we can always work on it together haha. I mean, we can start generic or if there is a body type you find pleasing to the eye we can try that first~ Or, ya know, there are tutorials out there somewhere and plenty of references. I'm just offering help if ya want it.

True! And I appreciate the offer, I'm just afraid of disappointing because man my drawing skills suuuuuck, and I'm kinda afraid of my traditional drawings being gone through, because I can't draw digitally (well I could but I don't have a tablet, only a mouse). <_> I think I may need to try to build up my self-confidence some more before tackling drawing, because I've torn myself down majorly in the area of drawing.

Oh gosh, I don't care what the results are of me trying to teach you, only that you're willing to learn! But I understand your lack of self confidence, so I'll let you warm up to the idea before deciding on anything.
