Sorry, I have a doubt: why ''our'' Uruguay is "Cisplatina", a client state? In our history, Cisplatina is the name given by portuguese and brazilian from their point of view (it isΒ hither side of the Rio de la Plata), and was disputed by brazilians and ''rioplatenses'' until 1828, when was independized from Argentine to stop the war betwen the United Province of South America and the Empire of Brazil.
I belive it is more logic it remane as Banda Oriental del Uruguay (Estern Side of Uruguay) and within the United Province of South America (not client state).
