Tyago’s half of this collaborative diptych work is a paradox of predator disguised in respectable garb. The artist states that this crow-headed man is symbolic of false prophets intoxicated with power and deception injected by the Snake contentedly nestled around the man’s neck.

/ LEFT /

In Tañedo’s version of the crow-headed man, the skull was all that was left of the crow’s head but his respectable garb with matching blood-red polka dot tie remains intact. The artist elucidates that the crow-headed man representing false prophets fool themselves with their own sham. CJ adds that these skull-headed prophets are most of the time cut each other’s throats unaware that they all follow Death, their one pestilent pastor.
