This user asked a request from long ago but I never did it and told them that I couldn't anymore which i'm so sorry

I did many other requests and i'm currently being asked requests. I do all of their drawings and then I remember this user's and felt all bad inside that I drew everyone else's and not theirs because I kept forgetting to do theirs. But I finally did a random drawing of their oc's cat lol

I think this kitty is adorable I WANNA MAKE THIS A GIF!!! if only I knew how.... can someone tell me how I can do that?
