That is not Master chief ^^ It's one of the Spartans found on Arcadia in Halo wars. You can see it on the armor type he is wearing.

But you do know that since Halo:Reach's story line doesn't fit well with the actual Halo story line, that Noble Team couldn't have existed? This is not ment for a rant or hate speach or anything, I'm just trying to tell fellow Halo fans that might've overlooked things with Reach. Hear me out please... so first of, Dr. Halsey was reported to be in a whole differant base, not Sword base which was never mentioned in any other game or book. Cortana never needed to be delivered by a team of Spartans because of the fact that all the Spartan GEN II's were already aboard the Pillar of Autumn during Reach's destruction along with Dr. Halsey who had Cortana. Now George... it never really explained why he was such a big guy, though he was my favorite in the non-cannon game. Now granted, if they changed some things and planned out Halo: Reach's story line better, it wouldn't really be a non-cannon game, meaning it would actually fit in the story line, which would have really been cool. But sadly Microsoft either messed up or made it this way for some really weird reason.
