Description
Scaena is Latin for stage!I made this one earlier a while ago, but I removed it because it sucked. Now it's yellow, and adorable.

This is a graceful deviation, done in Dewitty's own style. Closer to the official style than most artists achieve, he has opted to go with more rough and ready lines as Sugimori does. The colours are royal, and consistent making this drawing truly shine. Though lacking in detail and impact in some places such as the facial expression and pose, it still recollects a tranquil, simplistic fluidity. A fine example of what can be done with inspiration. Though not completely original, you would imagine this very well could be. Overall Dewitty has submitted a great piece of art. An in depth review lies below.
Vision
At first, this is quite placid piece, it is easy on the eye and simply soothing. The colour choices are exquisite and truly portray what the artist wanted to achieve. Nor is the drawing a lot to take in, it is simplistic and consistent by large. My only quirks simply lay in the fact that it could have more impact, which has effected this section of my critique. Overall, vision is close to perfect and is masterfully executed.
Originality
This simply loses originality as a lot of artists are adding to the Meleotta formes. Though even when I focus on the originality of this piece as a stand alone work of art, I do see that it could have possibly deviated from the other formes that bit more. In saying this however, it does not take away from the work. The approach on the hair like features is quite well done, and sophisticated, that bit more so than the original formes. I think the artist has played it a little safe here, in the sense that it could be more clear what forme this PokΓ©mon is trying to portray, as the originals clearly boast music and dance references.
Technique
The technique involved is quite well done. Overall it is a smooth piece and the line art isn't jerky nor awkward in any places. My only quirk with the technique, was the obvious transition lines in shading on the lower black sections of the PokΓ©mon. The shading is somewhat untidy on those parts of the body and I feel it could have been executed that bit better. Not to say that it damages the overall piece, but it could simply be tweaked to perfection. Overall though, the technique used on the artwork is consistent and has attributed to the work greatly.
Impact
This is where the piece fell down most for me. Though the work is meant to be quite majestic and sophisticated, I feel that the pose and facial expression could have had more poise and dynamics. The expression and stance look some what dull and it lacks that bit of impact due to those reasons. The facial expression looks somewhat bored and the stance is just a little too ordinary. Though there may be little you can do to make a dynamic pose while looking sophisticated, there is still the possibility. I feel that if the possibility were found for this work, it could improve the overall impact and add that needed dynamic. In saying this, the impact still comes across in a positive way, the colours work well and are easy and pleasing to the eyes. The general idea is superior and the overall outcome was stunning.
A great piece of work by Dewitty, and a fine result in total. This artist is on his way up.

Vision : Amazing 8D. It's really clear.
Originality : I can't say it's purely original, the idea is good but you added green and green is already present in the original Aria form. You can remplace it by brown if you want.

I believe what FakemonCritique meant instead of using in a game, is using it in a deviation, and giving you credit. What he and I are doing is gathering many different fanmade forms of Meloetta, and putting them together in one big deviation.
