Sonic doesn't buy cars (he has no job, typical teenager that he is XD), Tails builds them for him. And Tails does that because Sonic wants to race people but no one can run that fast.

They had one of those games. It was called Sonic R and it didn't make much sense either.

I know but Sonic can run really fast and so find Sonic characters that can run fast in The Sonic series.(by the way the drawing looks cool)

Well they also had Sonic Rivals 1 and 2, but I don't think they sold very well, and whether that's because they were bad games or because they were PSP exclusives, it's hard to tell. I can tell you that Sonic Rivals is not an easy game and it gets frustrating fast. Transformed is a lot more rewarding, in my opinion. (Thanks!

It's not really fair for him to race anyone else on foot... He does have quite the sense of fair play. Plus maybe he's whupped from the last game. Shin splints? Twisted ankle? Still need speed...

Oh, no, you haven't offended me at all. I do want to point out, though, there was that mysterious green light that saved Sonic in Unleashed, too. I think. It's definitely implied even if it's not shown, anyway.

I dont like Sonic himself, some of the games are good some of them arent, and the reason I'm looking at fanart is because I observe the many skills of artist and comment on the skills and expertise, plus I think sonic fanart is kool :3
