Updated: Windows 7 Dark Basic Theme with Multicolored Shellstyles..this is my first deviation so Please send me your feedback : )

the theme seem to don't apply to control pannel and add remove program (still old blue frame on the left, and blue ribbon in add / remove fnuctionnality).

Nice job. There is no need to replace default theme files. You just need to create your own .theme file.
I have created it for you. Please download following ZIP file:

And replace your deviant file with this new one. It'll help people to enjoy your theme without replacing default theme.

No. Thats not true. Basic and Aero theme resources are stored in same file so same rules apply for both of them.
