No, proxys are controlled by slenderman, that means they don't have a free will. That was what I meant

I don't agree more. I think Slenderman let his Proxies free for sometimes and doesn't control every part of them. So, Grinner is the Proxy who has her way to do with her job and rarely disobey to the Master but her works always nice.
I'm gonna draw a comic to show how she decide to kill someone. I hope you'll follow up my drawing
