You made him look so real ! And all those vibrant colors mixed into his feathers, gosh I love it 
I've just watched your video of the proces as well ! And I love how you handle watercolors : D You used so many colors in the drawing it makes him come to life ! I especially love the way you painted the red parts on his neck C: And his ear's shape looks good as well for some reason, it works for his head shape <3 !
I also like the expression you gave him ! As if he's chilling or sitting in the sun by some bushes C: This really makes me feel nostalgic, I used to work a lot with watercolors myself. It makes me want to go back to use them again sometime around <3
But really !! I love it so much !
