Um. This might be a stupid question, but - why do you bother uploading all these screenshots? Even if you applied photoshop effects, they're not much new to anyone who actually played the game, and probably not terribly interesting to anyone who didn't.

Because (in my opinion) they are not that useless. For example I also use this picture as a wallpaper, and people may also use it as a stock.

Yes, but people who want to use Witcher 2 stock will in most cases go and make their own screenshots, and wallpapers usually incorporate more noticeable changes to the original material.

There are many people who don't know how to apply a single effect or how to use Photoshop. Also, there are lazy people who don't make their own stocks.

Well, I can see your point. I was just puzzled by something I wouldn't use, myself. Some of the effects are pretty nifty, by the way.
