Well technically the way it is phrased is correct, because it doesn't say he killed Jax. Just that he owned him, with "his own" fatality. Which is correct, because when Jax does it...it kills you

Well, in all fairness, Ermac is innately good. In the original timeline, he joins the good after he is freed from control, so you should only be mad at Shao Kahn for making Ermac evil.
