so bad that the new computer have a malware that makes crash everything... I don't understand why you people stand windows... one have to be paranoic to not get infected... anyway, in my own computer works like a feather and very fast

No I didn't know the timing was better.... I usually don't pay much attention. If it takes more than an hour I save it to render on my computer at home and simply ignore how long it takes. And I totally understand about the Mutagen. It happens all the time with jWildfire.
Spy Hunter is a good malware finder. I have it here on this computer (work). No sure what you mean by "stand windows". As a software engineer I have little problems with malware or viruses. And slow computers are not always caused by that. Often it's simply how many applications are installed and how many processes run in the background. It's why my art computer at home has nada on it except the software to play with art.

thanks for the name. Is just I cant stand windows... a brand new computer have blockages that my old 8 year laptop with Linux (very outdated version) don't have at all like in compressing files. There are so many things totally unuseful running in the background in a windows computer (a lot of unused services). As I don't have used windows at all, I don't know how to disable it. Anyway, the future of the windows in that new computer will be to disapear replaced with a Linux maybe with a Virtualbox inside it with windows.
Yeah, I think the problem is a malware because many applications crashes without an apparent reason. there is a error that I have searched that leads me to think that is malware because the other option (hardware malfuction) is not very reasonable.
Well,, sorry for the rant about windows. The best OS is what is usefull for the user. Just I am not very used to be paranoid or having antiviruses (the computer had one, but seems that didn't matter)...

Oh I hear you! Sadly dealing with windows is my career but that doesn't mean I like it that much!
Okay now this is windows 7, (windows 8 & 10 have a different task manager but it looks like the tabs are the same). Right click on the taskbar at the bottom and choose task manager. If you have a stalled application that you need to close choose the processes tab and find it there. Right click and choose "Close Process Tree".
To stop a service click on the services tab here but don't do anything yet. At the bottom is a Services button. Click on that. Once in the Services window you can choose what services start automatically or don't.

I finally resolved the issue with a fixer of Microsoft. I had to use the terminal of windows.... So, is a lie that one don't have to touch the terminal in Windows at all... in linux is very useful tool, seems also necesary in Windows.
At last it seems that was an update that went wrong, not a virus. I meant that I don't know which services are usefull and what not.

I've been there, had that happen. Well I'm a software tester and can break anything including windows, iOS and linux. I have crashed all of them.
No problem, I don't know 100% about windows but I know a lot. Kinda have to.

Well it's always been buggy, and the mutagen can crash it. Click the "info" tab (where the open and save is) and voila, "Report a bug".
Ah yeah sometimes screen resolution can play badly with applications.
