Imagine what Korra would be like during Sozin's Comet under the Avatar State using firebending. Now multiply that by 10. That sheer immense power is the raw power wielded by a firebending Queen Elsa. Don't forget that's just raw, untrained power. This version of Queen Elsa could probably burn the entire Earth Kingdom by herself without the power of Sozin's Comet within an hour (give or take a few minutes).
