latias were just teasing with latios sayin that he couldn't fly with all that extra weight.while it does look impossible but he tries anyway. to our surprise, technically he could still fly but couldn't hold it for long.
and with that latias rubs latios cheeks congratulates him and would reward him with a buffet later~
