I like a lot the details in this, the wrinkles and such. There are some small distortions (some of which I can't really make sure of the source, the left face diagonal seems off although after verifying with a ruler they are not; must be something "inside" the face) but those are pretty much natural. I confess I'd have enjoyed a little bit stronger blacks on the shadow side, but that's a personal thought
Overall, it looks great! It shows the work put into it and there's a look of surprise/wonder powerfully embued into this portrait

Also...Looking at the original in front of me the shadow side is darker. I used photoshop to adjust the tones etc to show up better...Hasnt worked that well

Oh, I have a sort of long treatment I do to my drawings after digitalizing so I can control the tones better, I can note you or something if you wanna take a shot at it ^_^

the mouth is smaller than in the reference photograph,
but you still did an awesome job with the shading
