Me too! I intend on seeing that film again on the weekend with a friend of mine.
The Falcon is probably one of my favorite characters to have come out of Phase 2 of the MCU.

Falcon was the best thing about the movie. I liked it, but a year from now all I'm going to remember are Falcon and Gary Shandling.

lol They really made the movie. I love how much, just like the Captain, Falcon is just a genuinely good guy. I think he works really well as a partner since the Captain was surround by so many people with dark morality, or just darkness. It was so refreshing to see a guy that was like, "What do you need, buddy. I got your back."
He was like that in the Winter Solider arc of the comic too. Captain was dealing with so much emotional doubt, and everyone was tell him that he will have to kill his former partner, and then Falcon shows up all like, "I hear you've been going through some shit, man. However it is you wanna handle this Winter Solider stuff; I got your back. Let's get it done."

Cap is the only Marvel hero with what I think of as a DC mindset -- he's an unerringly good man in a complicated world.
And what I loved about Falcon, especially growing up (I remember reading the Nomad issues of Cap, from the time when the book was actually called "Captain America and the Falcon"), was just this sort of friendship. This was a time when comics were trying to be relevant by making race an issue, but it just didn't come up between this man from a era where blacks were totally and completely subjugated, and another man whose parents would've been just a few generations removed from slavery. Green Lantern and Green Arrow were talking about it, but Cap and Falcon were living it.
I must admit, though, I was a little shocked when I heard that line about "whatever he leads, I'll follow." It could totally have been taken as a Stepin Fetchit lackey line, but it felt more Samwise Gamgee. I thought Mackie handled it perfectly.
