We were making our way to get lunch in the cold light rain, see a bridge.
"Ok, who's brave enough to stay in the cold a little longer for photos?"
"I am!"
For we are cosplayers. 8DD
Also, funny thing about this photo, it was so windy that even my hoop skirt was blown inwards, and that's 30-40m of wire in there. So our lovely Lambdelta/~sakuramiyabi019 got UNDER my dress to keep it boofed out. We love you dearly <33
Beatrice's dress: 39m of trim, 7 doubled hoops for the hoop skirt (30-40m) and an unskirt thats fully gathered to the top.

Any suggestions on how to make a collapsible hoop skirt for cheap? Because I think I might just buy one if I don't have the time... which may very well be the case. hahaha... O_o

Well you can make it out of curtain wire, but it's not very strong unless you use a looooot of hoops. Though this really depends on how heavy the top layers of your Maria dress will be
