Ever since this weekend I have been starting to feel worse and worse, I have no idea why. I've been feeling more dizzy and my chest is getting more tight now. Having carpal tunnel doesn't help at all, it's making it worse. I haven't been getting enough sleep, and being tried makes things worse too. When I try to tell my mom/dad about how I'm feeling, I don't really tell them whats wrong. Just a bit of it, but they just say "We'll gonna see Dr. so and so next week, we'll get you new/more meds then". THAT stressed me out a lot, I'm already taking a lot(I think its a lot) and it isn't doing anything! It did do a little. I'm also feeling Suicidal again, I hate feeling this way. :C I don't truth my mom/dad that much anymore. I also don't want them/anyone to know how I feel so now I'm trying to hide it.(that's where the title came from for the picture) Only good thing coming out of that is that I've not been cutting/picking that much. It has been stressing me out even more. x_x If I do tell them, they may just give me more of those damn meds. I'm not sure what to say if I do tell them.. I've also been feeling some pains in some parts of my body, but I'm to scared to tell anyone that could/may help me.. I think to much.

Meds suck I olny take couple pills but i still hate it the freakin headackes i swear thouse pills make me moar depressed

you have to tell you parents
i used to have the same feelings as you
but i always cried and stuff but the only way
that it's going to get better is if you tell someone
if you keep it bottled in that way it's only going
to get worse and worse.
and if you go see the doctor and tell them the meds you have
aren't working then they won't give you more of the same ones
they will probably give you ones that work.
you can't hide that sort of stuff it's too important not to
tell anyone especially if your feeling suicidal
