Finally, another picture with an actual landscape background! xD
I've been working on this for... a few weeks now, on and off. FINALLY I had the time to finish it today. :]
So, I wasn't quite happy with Shidow's design, so I made a few minor changes. [And Dei's design will be like this too, except in inverse.]
Also, I figured he needed to look way more... emaciated. I think the anatomy is pretty exaggerated though. And his right back leg is probably bent a bit too low. And if gravity existed in this, he'd probably fall on his face. But eh well. xD
I used two different programs on this- Photoshop Elements and Paint Shop pro 9, which got me yesterday. o:
So, I did a lot of experimenting on the background, as you can kinda tell.
If you happened to guess by the title, this was supposed to go along with The Music Of The Night, from The Phantom of the Opera. Well, Shidow is the wolf of night, so it makes sense. ;D
Night time sharpens,

in this darkness which
you know you cannot fight -
the darkness of the music of the night ...

through a strange new world!
Leave all thoughts
of the world you knew before!
Let your soul take you where you
long to be !
Only then can you belong to me ...
Floating, falling, sweet intoxication!
Touch me, trust me savor each sensation!
Let the dream begin,
let your darker side give in
to the power of the music that I write -
the power of the music of the night ...

I love the colors you used! They're pretty dark, but they've got such a warm tone to them and the texture only adds to that. The lighting is very well done and the background is gorgeous.
Shidow looks very prettyful and sparkly. The ears and eyes are very cool!
