YOU KNOW, I REALLY DON'T THINK I HAVE ENOUGH 'EON ART YET
well I actually painted this back in this spring so I'd have more fanart to sell at a-kon.
The original has been bought by but I still have a bunch of 11x17 prints for $20 each if anyone's interested. ;3
Personally I don't really like how this one came out... I'd been planning to do one of these espeon/umbreon pictures for FOREVER and it totally didn't turn out the way I envisioned it. It was just one of those frustrating pictures that I kept painting over because it didn't look right. :/
Ah well.

One of the things I like about this is how you put Umbreon over the sun and Espeon down by the ground, so the background contrasts them

Aww this one is gorgeous C: I think the problem might be the top of the page. Espeon is a light color, so it stands out against the dark. But Umbreon is a dark color, and.. it doesn't quite stand out against the dark sky. I know solar eclipse's are dark like that, but maybe if you added more shine or red it would look more striking C:

Nahh, I'm pretty sure it's just a fan pairing. It's pretty logical though- they came out at the same time, and espeon represents day while umbreon represents night. :3

although i have to admit, there are those pairings that even though they make no sense to me, i lol at them, everytime i find some fanart (case in point, legolas/gimli - they also get a few 'aww!'s out of me occasionaly lol)

i know!!! i saw the fanart and was like "what kind of twisted mind thought this was a GOOD pairing?!?! if snape's gonna a be paired with anyone its lily (i thought that was so cute that he still loved her after so many years, and when he was dying *sob* and he told harry to look at him, i bet he was seeing lily with the eyes *aawww*)
lol, check out comics on gimli and legolas on here, they're pretty hilarious
