I been wanting a post a picture of this character. Her design took me awhile but I'm still unsure about it but anyways let start her with her profile

Family- Parents- Were missing but she believe they were dead (which they are), A older brother name Will the Fennce Fox (dead), Had a pet wisp name Lightning (dead)
Weapons/Items: None. She have the powers to control Lightning.

Love Interest- She has a crush on Shadow the hedgehog and plans on telling him how she feels in the future when the timing is right.

Weakness- Her weakness is water/rain. Since she have lightning power she is pretty much like a huge lightning bolt walking around so when the rain or water touch her it burns her. Also loud noises is her weakness because it badly hurt her ears. Also she has a super form by just pulling the two rings off her wrist on her gloves (just like what Shadow did in 06) But when she goes super her powers will constantly her body Slowly causing her to die slowly as well so she rarely uses it.

Fear- Thunder, Science Labs, Water (will never admit it she only admitted that to Shadow), has bad claustrophobia, Loosing a friend because of her

Likes- Nice people, Flowers, quiet places, hanging out with Shadow in the meadow, gardening, picking flowers, sweet tea, lemonade, raspberries, relaxing in the meadow

Personality: Zoey is a very kind and motherly fox that will respect others if you respect her. Even though she may seem harmless and innocent looking she can defend herself and she is very bold and strong by using her lightning powers. She can sometimes be clueless towards certain subjects such as mature adult things for example. But she can sometimes get sassy or witty with you if you annoy her constantly. Overall she a very nice girl that can protect herself at times.

History: Zoey was born on another planet called Paradise. Paradise is actually a dark world where there are no flowers and that it is gloomy and full of cities and ally ways. Paradise also have wisp living in the world along side with people and it is very rare to see a wisp and a person together nor getting along. Zoey parents became missing when she was little so she don't know much of them but it don't effect her so she assumed they were dead. Zoey older brother Will the Fennec Fox who became a scientist took care of her all her life but they were very poor and lived in a poor home because of that Zoey got bullied in the ally way by 2 girls then suddenly a wisp saved her. Until that day Zoey had a pet wisp name Lightning because he had lightning powers. Lightning was the only friend she had. People began to notice that she had a pet wisp and became scared of that but Zoey did not notice and her brother thought it was cute and harmless. Will took both Zoey and Lightning to the lab where he works and he introduce them to his professor Paradox. Paradox notice how the wisp got along with Zoey. So he tricked her brother and had put him into this cage that he had to figure out a code to get himself out. He did use Zoey and Lightning as a lab rat he performed all kind of experiments on them. Then he finally put the 2 in a capsule where the 2 got fused together because of this action the 2 best friends had to say their final good-byes. Lightning was dead and his powers were in Zoey's body now Zoey has lightning powers and she is like a super human. She is much stronger and faster. Paradox wanted to collect all the wisp and experiment on people so he could change mankind into being super humans. After this event Will figure out the code to set him free and he try to get Zoey to escape from the lab but the exit was shield off by Paradox;s guards so they had no choice but to use the teleporter in the lab. Will force Zoey to get in the teleporter as Will had killed Paradox and then before Zoey was teleported to another world he was killed by Paradox's guards and Zoey saw this action and Will's final words to her was "Remember Zoey I love you" then he died. Then Zoey was teleported to Mobious. She then meets Sonic and is impressed about how different and how beautiful Mobious is compare to Paradise. But Zoey can not forgive herself for what happen to Lightning and Will it effected her deeply but she scared to tell people about her past or to let others to worry about her. But ever since then Zoey try to protect herself without others help and try to be stronger.

Relationships:

Sonic: Zoey and Sonic get along like brother and sisters. They have the brother and sister type relationship. Zoey admire Sonic because the way how kind he is to other and she respect that. Although Sonic's personality reminds her other her older brother. Which is kinda a reason why she also look up to Sonic.

Knuckles: Zoey and Knuckles are not as close because of Knuckles duties to protect the Master Emerald which she understand. But every once in awhile Knuckles want Zoey to battle him to hand-to-hand combat to training. Zoey will sometimes tease Knuckles about Rouge.

Tails: Zoey respect Tails. She is very impress that he a very intelligent for his age and she tells him that he is a gifted fox. But she just have nice idle conversations with the fox. But she knows nothing about machines like Tails do.

Amy: Zoey actually lives with her and she looks up to Amy as little sister. Zoey finds Amy a bit hyper but she just ignores it and she pretty much get use to it. Zoey will always help or protect Amy if something bad will happen to her. She pretty much got Amy's back. Amy will sometimes tease Zoey about Shadow.

Cream: Zoey likes the little rabbit because she is kind with good manners and she respects that. She enjoy drinking tea with the rabbit or pretend having a tea party. But she hates when Cream wants to play dress up with her.

Shadow: Zoey and Shadow have a close friendship bond with each other. The two always hang out in their 'meadow'. Zoey looks up and respect Shadow because of his strength. Zoey can also tell that Shadow does need someone by his side and is willing to do that for him.She feels that he needs a friend. Zoey has a crush on Shadow because she notice that Shadow may look tough on the outside but he is not a cold hearted person on the inside. She loves the sweet side of Shadow and she admire his strong side.

Rouge: Zoey don't hate Rouge. She just dislike her because she see Rouge as a person that only care for herself and jewels. She also don't like the fact that Rouge will flirts with anyone just to get what she wants. Even though the two will have arguments every once in awhile Zoey will still try to get along with Rouge if she have to.

Eggman: Eggman try to kidnap her once because of the lightning powers she beholds. Also she hears from Sonic and others and just dislikes Eggman for what all the evil he is doing to the world and others.
