in the actual story I have, Freeze and Vitreous literally never interact, (I think only once) and because I originally intended for Vitreous to be Jokullinn’s mate, I obviously made them very compatible (before I killed him off and made Freeze)

And I made this drawing have the traditional red and blue 3D effect with symmetry, because Idk, I thought it looked cool lol.

but I decided to make an AU where Freeze literally kills Vitreous before the events of ‘on thin ice’ so that he can get closer to Jokullinn. He notices Vitreous getting close to Jokullinn, and he gets angry, inviting him to go fishing with him, alone. They both go, and Freeze forcibly drowns him, before returning and saying they were attacked by rogues. And while Jokullinn is still grieving, he hits on her a lot, and she get’s really mad at him, but eventually gets used to it, and after a few months of constantly being bothered she says yes to being his mate.

Aka, this AU is just sad times for literally everyone. ;v;
