Do you know any good digital drawing applications? I usually just do traditional drawings and I don't think I'd be allowed to redraw the application on paper.

Yeahh aha digital is preferred! If you’re drawing on phone/ipad or something like that, I suggest adobe draw or adobe sketch, and if you’re drawing on computer, I suggest medibang paint (these are all free!)
